You have 30 days to inform us of a faulty item. If an item is faulty, we will replace it or refund your money. If an item is not  faulty but not up to your expectations, you have 14 days to inform us and a further 14 days to return the item for a replacement, or a refund if we cannot provide you with a suitable replacement.
