Cypress is a great oil to use to uplift you when you are feeling tired or depressed.

Blends well with many other essential oils including woody or mint oils, citrus (especially grapefruit) and floral oils.
It can also help to reduce cellulite. Cypress Oil is good for balancing oily and overhydrated skin. It's a natural deodorant and is good for excessive perspiration.
It narrows blood vessels so can ease varicose veins, haemorrhoids and heavy bleeding.
You might find Cypress Oil especially useful during the menopause - use diluted to at least 5% in a Carrier Oil for massage.
