Grapefruit Essential Oil is traditionally used as an astringent skin conditioner.

It's very effective at removing toxins from the skin and stimuates the lymphatic system making it a great oil to use in anti-cellulite preparations.
It's a good oil to use after exercise. It's high in Vitamin C and a handy pick me up for people with S.A.D (Seasonal Adjustment Disorder) as it refreshes and uplifts the spirit. A lovely fresh smelling oil that can also help alleviate the symptoms of exhaustion.
As with the majority of essential oils, be sure to dilute in a Carrier Oil or Base Preparation before applying to the skin.

'Fatigue - Add Geranium and Grapefruit essential oils to the bath. Massage the body with 2 drops of Geranium. 2 drops of Bergamot (FCF) Essential Oil, 2 drops of Mandarin Essential Oil, 3 drops Vetivert Essential Oil to 25ml Apricot Kernel Oil.
